Ingredients:
(1) pound Ground Beef Chuck
(1) medium Onion, chopped
(1) Garlic Clove, minced
(2) Tbsp Ketchup
(1) Tbsp All-purpose Flour
(1) cup Water
(1) bag frozen Mixed Vegetables (10-16 oz)
Salt and Pepper to taste
(3) cups Mashed Potatoes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In large skillet, cook Beef over medium heat until no longer pink
- Add Onion and Garlic, cook until softened
- Add Ketchup and Flour, stirring until combined
- Add Water and Vegetables, cook until tender
- Season with Salt and Pepper
- Pour into baking dish
- Spread Mashed Potatoes over top
- Bake until Potatoes are golden brown
