Potato Casserole (My FAV!!!)

Ingredients:

2 - Sticks Butter
2 - Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 - Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 - Pint Sour Cream
1 - tsp Salt
1/2 - tsp Pepper
1 - (2 lb) bag Frozen Hash Browns
3 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:

- Melt one stick butter in microwave.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.  Mix well.
- Add frozen hash browns.  Mix Well.
- Spread into greased (1) 13x9 dish and (1) 8x8 dish.
- Melt one stick butter in microwave.
- Mix in crushed corn flakes.  Top potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Freezes well.

We love this too. The nly thing i do different is omit the cornlakes and top with crushed Ritz crackers
