Summer Pasta

I am a pasta lover!  I could eat pasta every meal and be just fine!  My niece (Thanks, Trina!) shared this recipe with me years ago and I make it quite often especially during the summer.  It can be paired well with any meal, but, really goes well with burgers or steak from the grill!

Wacky Mac (or other tri-colored pasta), cooked, drained, rinsed in cold water
Cucumbers, peeled, sliced and diced
Grape Tomatoes, diced
Black Olives, sliced
(1) bottle Italian dessing

Toss all together and serve.  You can also add purple or spring onions or sliced mushrooms for another variation. 

Yummy!
