Recipe Alert: Angel Lush

From Kraft Foods:

1 (20 oz) can Dole Crushed Pineapple, in juice, undrained
1 (1 oz) pkg Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip Lite or Cool Whip Sugar Free Whipped Topping
1 (10 oz) round angel food cake, cut horizontally into 3 layers
10 fresh strawberries

Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk until well blended.  Stir in Cool Whip.
Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers and topping with pudding mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour.  Top berries just before serving.

***I made this cake on Tuesday night and it is YUMMY!!!!  I actually made the Angel Food cake from a mix instead of using a store bought cake, so, it was super fresh and light.  It is definitely better after it has been in the refrigerator for awhile.  In the future, I may try this recipe using White Chocolate pudding and blueberries.****
