We tried another one of my batch cooking recipe experiments last night. It's another 'keeper' with 'tweaks'!
- Use (2) 1-gallon freezer bags -
(1/2) Green Pepper cut into strips, per bag
(1/2) Red Pepper cut in strips, per bag
(2) Zucchini chopped into bite-sized chunks, per bag
(1) Onion chopped, per bag
(2-3) Red Potatoes chopped, per bag
(1) 10 oz box Frozen Broccoli Florets, per bag
(2-3) Garlic Gloves chopped, per bag
(3-4) Chicken Breasts, per bag
(1) 15 oz can Tomato Sauce, per bag
(2) Tbsp Brown Sugar, per bag
(2) Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, per bag
(2) Tbsp Yellow Mustard, per bag
(1/2) tsp Salt, per bag
(1/2) tsp Pepper, per bag
(1/2) tsp Mrs. Dash, per bag
Remove air from bag and lay flat on freezer shelf
Label: Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours. Serve over Rice or Egg Noodles.
