I can hardly believe that it has been over a year since I last posted here. In some ways it seems like eternity and in other ways it seems just like yesterday. So many things have happened during this time!
Most of you reading this know that I went back to work full-time in August of 2007. I work for a CPA office in Chapel Hill and have a wonderful new family there. The Lord had a plan for me being there. I couldn't ask for a better place to be!
My dear hubby has been at Duke University for 2 years and loves it! His health continues to be good; although, I think that he often works too much and doesn't rest as he should.
My son is growing up so very fast! He is in middle school band (third year playing trombone), jazz band, and honors band. He is also on the wrestling team and plans to play lacrosse when the season rolls around. He also has a drum set in our living room.......I'll let you imagine how that is on your own......LOL
My daughter is now 5 and just started Kindergarten in August. She absolutely loves it! She has only missed one day of school which, as most of you know, is a miracle given all of the health issues that she has had since birth.
So, why did I decide to begin blogging again? Well, the reason will evolve as I continue posting in the future, but, to put it in a nut shell, I have a story to tell that I believe can be an inspiration to others. After feeling that I have been so very blessed, I feel that I must return that blessing to others if at all possible. So, be watching!
