We May Change

Well, as you can see, I've been a little negligent in posting lately. I've thought about it several times. Does that count? The last few weeks have been very stressful for me and my family. I think that I, personally, have endured some of the worst critism and attack that I have ever faced in my adult life. The worst part is that it came from someone that I would have never, in a million zillion billion years, dreamed that it would come from. From it, though, I have grown and I know that the Lord laid it in my path as a way of strengthening me and as a way of teaching me. You know, the Bible tells us that 'our clothing' may grow old and have to be changed meaning that our surroundings may change, our friends may change, or that we simply may need to learn to respond differently to our situations, but, that our Lord never changes! He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. He is always there no matter what we face. Besides, He already knows the outcome. What an encouragement!

What a wonderful way at looking at things, sometimes I think I just want to give up but know the Lord is beside me. I have to keep reminding myself sometimes though! I'm glad to have a "friend" such as you, funny to have met on e-bay, who says God doesn't work in mysterious ways. Thanks for letting me be a member of your e-mail family!!
