I wish that I could remember how this all got started, but, I can't really pinpoint it. Sometime ago, I came up with my own recipe for poundcake. Now, let me tell you, I DON'T CARE FOR POUNDCAKE. Nuts, I know! Anyway....Everyone loves it. (Thank you, thank you very much!) Over time, I've done a few here and there for friends and have given tons of them for gifts. Now.........I have to have a 'Cake Calendar'. This is a picture of a bunch that went out this morning. I have alot more left to do, so.........I'm off to cook Cakes, Cakes, and MORE cakes!

Thanks for the comments, guys. Everyone says that the cakes are yummy. I've sold a bunch this year and hope that orders for them will continue to grow. As for the wrap, Maia, I use treat bags that I normally purchase form school fundraisers. Happy Holidays!

P.S. The chocolate poundcake should be called "Death by Chocolate" Poundcake because it's THAT GOOD!
